5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders from Mindbasic, LLC via SMS.

Purpose: Appointment reminders only.
Message Frequency: Message frequency will depend on scheduled appointments.
Opt-Out: You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Data Use: Your phone number is used solely for communication related to your appointments. It will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By submitting payment, you authorize Mindbasic, LLC to charge your card for the agreed amount.
We do not store your complete payment card information.
Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available at www.getmindbasic.com/privacy-policy), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Cookies & Tracking
